A Professional Carpet & Upholstery Spot Remover That Actually Works
Spotter uses professional encapsulation technology to remove mud, food spills, makeup, and more—without leaving behind sticky residue. No rinsing required.

Spots vs. Stains
Many people use the words spot and stain interchangeably, but they’re actually different problems.
Spots add material that can be cleaned away. Some examples are mud, food spills, and makeup.
Stains, on the other hand, permanently change fiber color. Some examples are food coloring, grass stains, and pet urine.
Spotter is designed to remove spots. For stains, try Get Off My Carpet Pet Stain Remover—it treats more than just pet urine.
Why Most Spot Removers Fail
Most spot removers are made with detergents that are difficult to rinse from carpet and upholstery.
That means soapy, sticky residue is left behind. Even if the spot comes out, the area may attract soil. Soon, dirty spots seem to appear from nowhere.
Perhaps you’ve been frustrated by this problem. Unfortunately, it’s a common complaint with popular spot removers.
The Reason Spotter Actually Works
Spotter is different because it doesn’t use traditional detergents. Instead, it uses a professional technology called encapsulation.
When encapsulation polymers are agitated with a towel or cloth, they create a temporary foam that envelops and traps contamination. Much of the contamination is absorbed into the towel. The rest stays encased in foam, which dries into brittle crystals. The crystals are whisked away during the next routine vacuuming.
Not only does this unique chemistry outperform traditional spot cleaners, it eliminates the problem of sticky, dirt-attracting residue. But Spotter’s performance doesn’t stop there.
I enhance Spotter with a special blend of additives that dissolve oily soils and improve fiber penetration. The result is spot-removing power unlike anything else you’ve tried.
And the best part? Rinsing isn’t necessary and there’s no sticky residue. Simply dab spots with Spotter and a clean towel and watch them disappear.
How I Know You’ll Love It
I own a carpet cleaning business in Indianapolis. Years ago, I used to give each customer a small, complimentary bottle of Spotter. Eventually, filling hundreds of little bottles got tedious, so I stopped.
To this day—years later—customers beg for more Spotter. When I tell them it’s no longer available, they offer to pay.
Let that sink in: People are willing to buy something that was free. That’s how much they love it.
I’m confident you’ll love it, too.
What Spotter Removes
- mud and dirt
- food and drink spills
- makeup and cosmetics
- shoe polish
- tar and other sticky substances
- light pet accidents
- anything else that sits on fibers and doesn’t cause permanent color change
If a spot can be cleaned away from the fibers, Spotter will usually handle it with ease.
How To Use Spotter
- Remove excess contamination from carpet or upholstery.
Blot liquids, scoop solids. - Dispense a generous amount of Spotter onto a clean towel.
Gently dab the spot, transferring Spotter from the towel to the contaminated area until the fibers are wet. Add more Spotter to the towel if necessary. Allow Spotter to dwell for 1–2 minutes. - Gently dab the spot with a dry area of the towel, absorbing the contamination into the towel.
Do not aggressively scrub as this will damage carpet fibers. - If necessary, repeat steps 2 and 3 until the spot is gone or improvement stops.
- No rinsing needed.
Allow the area to dry, and then vacuum.
